I’m a Design Researcher based in Canada. Trained in Cognitive Psychology from the University of Waterloo and with 3 years of dedicated experience in UX/Design Research, I bring a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every project I undertake.
I specialize in utilizing a mixed-methods approach to understand user needs and motivations, and providing actionable insights to inform product and service development. I’m passionate about connecting with people on a human level to understand their behavior, needs, and the “why” behind their interactions with digital products and services to deliver the best experience possible.
